Pagebuilder and Theme options not read from Database – reset – after changing database

I am moving my website from subfolder to main folder , so I had to do some changes on the database , I exported it using PhpMyAdmin as text file, replaced every url.com/subfolder with url.com/ and imported the data back via PhpMyAdmin to a new database and modified wp-config.php to read from the new database.
Everything is working perfectly and reading data from the main folder. But the Theme options are retested and all the page builder instances are gone. Even when I try and go back to the old database it still won’t show. seems like any change I make on the _options table on records related to page builder will make it reset.

It is easy for me to re-enter the theme options but the page builder items will take time.

So please help me in this issue.
