Parallax – How to?

Hello,
I am trying to use Parallax for the first time. I installed on a test environment the “one click” setup, selected as homepage the “homepage” page (names “promote” in demo) where there is a video from a shooter behind.

Looks great, but when I try to edit it, I can just see a text block and a image widget.
I dont see anything related to parallax, or to the video behind it. Also, if I try to add a new block, there is no “parallax” block…

I dont get it how it works.
Do I need to install an extra plugin? If yes, which one?
