Partial Payment?

On the video that is a check box so partial funding is allowed rather than the full funding. That button doesn’t appear on our dashboard. Are we missing something?

Also where can we can change the language on the website to reflect this? Right now the “blurb” says that the project has to be fully funded for payment.
