I’m to the point of applying for my PayPal API App and I’ve done the Sandbox Test and everything went well. I have used the PDF info to apply for a PayPal API APP but its been over 24 hours and I have not heard back from PayPal.

Here are my questions based on what I think was left out of your “old” tutorial video:

1). After the Sandbox test and verification that it is working and registering on the website you go to the final step where you insert the live PayPal email address and you simulate adding API addresses that are live and then you saying something about the Sandbox API APP code.

This is what is unclear to me:
a). Do I leave my Form settings on my site under PayPal in Sandbox mode with the Sandbox credentials so that PayPal can test the functions?
b). Do I have to CREATE AN APP and then submit the data on your sample PDF for approval?
c). Will Paypal want to come onto my site which is currently set to Coming Soon mode: http://www.purposefactory.org or will they look at the test results that I did already?
d). When should I expect to hear back from them?
e). Do you offer the PayPal API APP creation as a separate service that we can pay for should our attempt not work. Its so vital to the site working that it needs to be 100% right so I’m wondering if you offer that service to be paid for that?
f). On the sign up for Support… your system is very unclear and it took me a long time to figure out that I didn’t have to have both the Themeforest License and your site license in order to press enter to create a User name to get a password. I think you need to improve that access to customer service forums.

All in all the site looks great and seems to be working well. The import of the demo data caused a bit of an issue as it changed the ADMIN access authorization unexpectedly knocking me out, but I was able to sign back in, alter the Admin access and change that Admin to a Subscriber and create a main and secondary access for myself as the main Admin. I’m not sure that an inexperienced user would have been able to overcome that issue. Can you look into it.

Thanks for great work. I am mostly concerned about how to get my PayPal API APP integrated and working correctly and I’m willing to contract your services at a reasonable rate to do that if you or your team to that kind of thing. Alternately I may contract another enitity to do it. Any warnings or heads ups on using an outside service to do that with regard to my PayPal account and/or credentialed access. I’m a novice at PayPal API but fairly good with WordPress.

    Thanks,
    Jedidiah
