PAYPAL 'curl_error: 35 SSL connect error'

Hi,
I have properly set up all of my sandbox values following the guide at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4U6JMqHijrM . I am using 3 different sandbox emails and attempting to fund in sandbox mode, and my paypal values are correct, but the SSL handshake fails with a cURL error 35.

I think this is likely due to recent updates with paypal. I am assuming it is that ‘CURLOPT_SSLVERSION, 3’ is failing, but I’m not sure. What do you recommend? Where can I successfully insert ‘curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSLVERSION, 4);’ with the IPN?? Or do you have a better method of accomplishing a successful SSL handshake??
