Permissions issue after one click setup

After the one click setup in Orizon, wordpress prompts me to update my database before I continue. After doing this, I can’t access anything – I have insufficient permissions everywhere. Additionally on the front end, the site shows a forbidden error.

I’m using GoDaddy’s managed wordpress hosting. I’ve uninstalled wordpress and reinstalled several times to try the theme again, but every time the same error.
