[Plugin] Arcane types not latest version

I just bought the theme and when installing it asks to isntal the arcane types plugin but i get the following msg:

Download failed. cURL error 7: Failed to connect to www.skywarriorthemes.com port 80: Connection refused

Plugin not activated. A higher version of Arcane types is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

what can i do to fix this? i would like to have my website setup after this weekend
