Price Tables non responsive in backend

I tried to modify one of the tables for my uses. While I could modify the already existing tabs, I could not add a new column ( it does nothing ), I cannot delete an existing column ( redirects to # link, same page ) and I cannot add new features ( # again ). I cannot even move columns, it tries to highlight “recommend”.
Any possible solutions / ideas?
