Problem Creating Blog Page

Ok, so I tried creating a blog page using the instructions, however, this is what results: gametrapper.com. When I click on the Blog page, I don’t see any content which I wrote, and I followed all the instruction such as copying and pasting the ID into the theme options area and such.

Also, on a side note, I have some questions about this theme. 1) Does this theme allow me to make a list or grid of products? 2) How do I edit the footer by adding certain pages in that area that is only visible in the footer region and not in the menu such as about and privacy pages and such?
