problem with post

Hi there, am having a problem went i add a post some times just shows the image from the gallery!!! the only way to work the way i need it, is to put it into the trash and create post 2…do you know why? this is the link for the normal post but as you see is number 2 http://mmolist.com/warface-2/ and is working the way i want, just dont like the [2] and the sceenshot is for the original post that am having the problem, just shows the image from the gallery..
