ReCaptcha not checking on submit

Hello, I am having a weird issue. I have tested three different recaptcha plugins and they all do the same thing. I can see it on the registration page, only issue is that even if I don’t click the recaptcha check box, and just click on “Sign up Today” it goes through without the recaptcha erroring at all. Is there anything I should look at? This is a brand new install of the latest Arcane with 7.2 PHP and 5.6 WordPress. I am using the plugin reCaptcha by BestWebSoft, and v2 of Recaptcha. Any suggestions would be helpful.
