Refund Request – Different Theme

Zorz, good afternoon. I purchased Arcane a few days ago and after attempting to fight with it I think it’s best off if I switch themes and go with the original one I wanted, CrystalSkull. Is there a refund policy? Or a way to exchange the themes? I tried looking around but didn’t see a policy listed.

The website using the theme at the moment is xparaphoiax.com.
