Register/Account Integration Issues

1) Global Cart (Header) does not show up unless logged in. How to fix?

2) How to remove “My tournaments” from dropdown on user in header

I have tournaments already disabled.

3) How to put “Register” button in header?
I have bbpress + buddy press disabled because I don’t need them.

Also, where can I change the link that the “Register” button goes to?

Please give detailed instructions on each (or fix)..last time I put in tickets I got two words responses that were not the most helpful. I will reply to this with details
