Registration form and new project form.

Hi, i would like to know how i can change the registration system in the website ( its very ugly that you register and you receive an email and then you click again and then you reach the wordpress wp-login page ) i would like to make it more easier and faster.
Also i would like to know how to add or remove things from the new project form. like the spotify tab.
