Registration Issues (Return URL & Page Template)

Hello!

I seem to be having some odd issues with my user registration page and registration functionality since the update to 1.4.2.

First being that after the update it seemed to create a second Registration page.
For example, I seemed to have both a:

/user-registration/ and /user-registration-2/

The one that was for whatever reason connected to the actual register button on the website header was /user-registration-2/. I have seen others have this issue upon updating and decided to fix it by deleting the /user-registration-2/ and then going into Settings > BuddyPress > Pages and making sure the correct registration page was set under the Register section.

In doing that, It seems to have screwed up the way the registration page displays the form. I used to have a page that displayed like this:

But now i have a page that displays like this:

I was fooling around with the BuddyPress page settings and noticed that if i set the Register page to - None - under Settings > BuddyPress > Pages it displays the /user-registration/ page correctly (Like the first screenshot link), and when i set the Register setting BACK to the correct registration page under Settings > BuddyPress > Pages, the /user-registration/ page displays like the second screenshot link.

HOWEVER, the result of actually submitting a registration is never correct regardless of the buddypress settings i choose.

When i have it set to “-None-” and i try to submit a registration, i get a page that looks like this:

When i have it set to “Registration” and i try to submit a registration, i get a blank white page.
