Registration Page 404

Currently getting this issue at http://ev-gaming.com

when im logged into my admin account and i point directly to the link it will load… but not as a guest which clearly defeats the point of a registration page. I’ve gone through the settings and unchecked and rechecked the Allow anyone to register option.
