Registration Page Editing

Hey guys, I know there are a million topics on this, however I can’t access any pages beyod pg 1 in the search to find an answer. My default reg page has “Join Arcane today for Free” and “I certify I am 18 years of age” at the bottom. I can add more fields, but want to rearrange them, as it inserts them at the bottom. How can I edit these lines and rearrange fields? I’ve been trying to find the code in page-user-registration.php. Was going to use third party reg plugin but want to make sure everything syncs well. Thank you.
