[REQ] Make in a link in carousel

Well i notice you can have your team members, sponsors / affiliates & whatever else you want to scroll with that carousel.  That is very nice, the only thing is when you have team members, the name does not show (or is the same color as background) but the image shows.  If I want that image to link to the member or hover over and show the name, well I cant seem to get that. 

I put information under the ‘item’ box, but nothing is displayed or anything when you hover over.  Its just an image.  That will help only when doing sponsors/affiliates, or anything that doesnt require a txt or link.
