Request refund or switch themes

Hi,

First of all I like to say that your themes looks great but I have to many issues with the Orizon theme! Is there a way to receive a refund or can I upgrade to another theme like Blackfyre? Of course I will pay the difference between the 2 themes. I hope you’ll understand that I don’t want to buy two themes when I’m only using one. 😛

The issues that I have are the following:
– When importing the demo content, I’m always gets a message to upgrade my database and when I do I’m unable to login and have to re-install the theme or when I change the color in the theme settings when this demo is imported. I receive a message. “Are you trying to cheat!” and gets stuck again. Unable to login.
– When creating a child theme and selecting this child. Blank screen appears and can’t login too.
– …

This theme is kinda frustrating because I’m afraid to change thing now that will not get my site stuck, especially when a lot of work will be put in this site and I can’t take the risk of losing or doing things twice. It’s a safety precaution en choose for another theme instead.

Don’t get me wrong here, this theme has a lot of great aspects too! It has an aura of overall quality. 😀

Is this possible to refund or change to the Blackfyre theme?
