Review Page (not blog)

Hi there,

My website contains following pages:

Homepage with blog style – on the homepage you can see reviews, blog posts, etc.
Review page – Since I write reviews about games, I want that this page only shows reviews
Blog – Can be anything. News, Guides, etc.

I am currently struggling with creating a review page. I have assigned my posts with categories and tags, such as action, RPG, review, etc. The review page has been assigned with the blog right sidebar template.

Now how do I manage to have two different pages, that show different posts? I assume I can just sort it by categories, but I am not sure.

Could anyone help me out? If more information are needed, let me know. Thank you!
