RTL Language Support

Hello
I am trying to make multilingual site using the plugin Polylang , the other language is Right to left language. So I created rtl.css which is basically a copy of style.css that calls all other css files but I modified all the other css files to display the content in rtl. Now when I open the rtl language website it loads rtl.css successfully , But the problem is the website is still calling style.css as well when I open the rtl language section.
So is it a problem from the website or the theme?

Please also tell me more about the RTL language support the theme offers?
