Setting up forum/search/comments

Hi,

I bought the HTML version and I can just about get through the HTML and CSS but I’m having a hard time working out how to set everything up in terms of the search bar, forums, comment sections, etc.

What is the best way to set up all of the widgets and things like that for this template?
