Slider and Transparent Background

Hello,

I am trying to find in the editor area where I can change the white post background to transparent on the site and make the text a white font.

Also I made a slider with the layer slider, but it goes to the side bar. How do I make it for the main page under the tabs? Where do I put the code for it?
