your SMPT plugin is not working correctly i got perma this message:
SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting
i tried several email hoster like web.de gmail.com gmx and more got always same error some others got same problem look review of this plugin.
