Social Networking Under Logo

Just like to say I really like this theme. However there are some issues I am having and was hoping could be resolved here.

1. The social networking tab underneath the logo. Is there anyway to get rid of the arrows underneath it? I am not going to use this tab so I would like to get rid of it.

2. I am having a issue with a plugin called WoW Recruitment Widget. The text appears to far to the left and I would like to move them to the right to make it fit and look nice. Now I have no idea if this is a theme issue or plugin issue but I thought I mention it all the same.

3. I’m having problems with editing my pages I.E recruitment. I can’t seem to really make any changes to the texts as when I change something in the wordpress configuration and update the page but nothing happens. I.E I want to make the font bigger but it just stays the same size. Was wondering what causes this?
