Solution for Buddy Press Profile Page Menu

Ok so the main issue is still the Profile Page.

The menu items are to many for the area so it goes, underneath the Profile Picture Area.

Solution options:
1. How to remove the text from the tabs so its just the icons?
2. How to add the tool tip hover effect to these items then like what you have done with the buttons ontop next to the avatar, underneath the social icons?
3. Any other solution to make this tabs fit or drop down like the main navigation.
