Teams – private forums creation disabled *help*

I forgot how to do this.

I thought this was something users *Gamers* could create when they are a admin of a team but it’s not letting them. Maybe I forgot how or maybe i disabled this somewhere.

Help appreciated, i’am sure i’m looking over the simple answer here.
