Teams Tab for Tournaments plugin broken

I am trying to access the Teams tab in the plugin for tournaments. But every time i go to access it, it’s just showing a white page nothing displayed on it. I have both plugin’s installed and activated on my word press account.

Tournaments tab doesn’t work either.
