Template Login, Registration, Launch project

Hi,
I have different questions:
1. where I find the Template for Login and the URL to link, I will a link button with the Login link.
2. where I find the Template for Registration and the URL to link,
3. where I find the Template for Launch Project for Translation in Germany and changes. For example I would like more text and pictures.
