Theme Header Login Issue

My site necessitygaming.com will not allow logins through the them login button on the header.

I can still log in just fine from /wp-login.php. One logged in through that page the site behaves normally and everything is accessible. The login submission from the header will simply return a 404 page.

Ive done the google for a while now and I havent been able to find much as the problem seems to be buried under results of people not being able to login to their sites at all. (I can just fine through manually going to /wp-login.php)

Ive tried disabling all my plugins, using the base theme instead of my child. Nothing has worked as of yet.
