Theme setup Issues.

Hello I have installed the theme with given instructions, including installing plugins and updating php settings.

1. I get error when importing demo data. (Image attached).
2. Now after restarting server I can see demo data but partially. Major thing that is missing in registration button.
3. Some pages are created by the demo but can not be viewed or trashed, one such case being registration, activation. Pages are missing.

If you could please help me on this. I have installed a theme 3 times with fresh setup. It fails all the time. this is my domain http://www.gamechakr.com
