Theme won't load. Period.

I purchased the theme, installed it and created the custom config file. Battling back and forth with the hosting company ensuring me it’s nothing on their end (confident the theme itself wasn’t the problem) I manually increased the memory to a max of 256M along with disabling all plugins. When i use any other theme my wordpress and website look just fine but I cannot get the Blackfyre theme to work to save my life.

Can I please get some assistance from someone who has had this issue and has resolved it? I had to manually upload it via Filezilla (as ofc reading through the forums most if not all have ad to do so) but I shouldn’t be getting the issue i’m having.
