Tournament Creation Problems

I have spotted few errors in tournament creation page.

1. When choosing game it shows default image path, despite image being shown

2. When trying to chose tournament type there is nothing to choose from

3. Small misspell 😉

I have tested it both online and localhost and it is the same. I have active premium tournament plugin as well.
