Trouble downloading demo content

Hi,
I know there are a hundred of these threads, but I have the same issue both on my new lamp server and my test xampp server. The site doesn’t look diffrent before and after I press import on the one-click-install demo data. I don’t get any of the templates for the page builder or anything either.
