trouble downloading the new version of Arcane theme

Hello, I’m having trouble downloading the new version of Arcane theme.
I don’t see the download option.
I bought the template on 4th November 2016.

→ I saw some got a new Downloadlink

I also buy the Premium Plugins, first on 4th December 2016 last one on 31st March 2018.

If u need order numbers, i can tell u Privat but i guess u can see it anyway.

Last but not least, Happy New Year to the Skywarrior-Team and also to all Users out there.
