Typography settings

Hi,

i found that H1,2,3,4,5,6 formatings are useless. Iam using often H5 and H3 but they are all grey and even more tiny then any stong / bold text: http://prntscr.com/gt7xky

Is there any setting for it? My goal is to have not modifications inside the theme css files. I would very recommend Typography settings inside the theme options.
