Unable to access Theme Settings

I just purchased BlackFyre from Theme Forest and installed it in WordPress. Everything is working fine so far except I can’t do much with the theme because it won’t let me into the theme settings. Whenever I try to go to that page, it gives me a 500 error. I don’t know if it’s because of a corrupt file or what, but it just won’t work. I’ve tried it on 2 different WordPress installations both brand new and without any plugins. I get the same result each time. I know for a fact that I have the WordPress theme and not the HTML theme. Can anyone help me or tell me what the problem might be? Thanks.
