Upgrading to new design

Hi,

I bought game addict theme some time ago and have been using it on my site.

I see that there is a new design available so i was wondering how i can get that and if i will lose any of my contents while doing so.

Also I am in love with the arcane theme as will so if i was to switch what kind of a process am i looking at ?
