User registration issue – After latest update

Hi guys,

I am hoping you can urgently assist with the following. For some reason after i did the update my /user-registration page is missing.

I get the following error when trying to view the page.
OOPS! 404

However if i search in my back-end i can see the page there, however when i try edit that page with the front-end editor it gives me the same issue.

One thing i did notice was that there was multiple creations of the page.

/user-registration-1
/user-registration-2
/user-registration-3

I didn’t create these pages they seems to have created themselves. I have already trashed those pages but the register link still does not find a page.
