Verification Email Format

I need to alter the verification email. Currently, in my case, it sends the password in plain text back to the user, which obviously feels super unsecured and deterrent.

I have used the search to check for other posts, but I still want to use the email, just change the content (fundamentally, remove the password) and I couldn’t see anything to that end. What can I do to alter this?
