When Updating to 1.4 we get these errors

In WordPress admin, there was no notification to update to 1.4.

I deleted the old blackfyre folder through FTP.

I downloaded the theme files again from ThemeForest and uploaded the new version to the /themes/ Folder.

When going to the site, we get a blank screen so I turned debugging on in wp-config and am seeing error messages:

“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘define’ (T_STRING) in /home/avantgardgaming/public_html/destiny/wp-content/themes/blackfyre/themeOptions/admin/options-framework.php on line 1”

They seem to be in the themeOptions folder, so I’m assuming that the old themeOptions is causing this. Are themeOptions stored in the database and if on an update, do they need to be deleted?
