where is my page builder?

Hello,
I bought fundingpress theme on monday (10th oct). The list of features said “No external plugins needed” and “Page builder with tons of blocks”.
In fact, I have no page builder! Is there something wrong?? Do I need to purchase visual composer??? Because I have no license for VC. But you said that I didnt need any external plugins.

Please help me! Thank you.
