Why won’t my wordpress install the plugins which Oblivion requires?

    Hello.

    I have just purchased and installed the Oblivion theme and changed the permalinks
    The top of the page mentions some plugins that are required and recommended for the theme, which I wish to install..
    But when trying to hit “install” I’m sent to a 403 – FORBIDDEN page. I’ve talked with my hosting provider and they insists it’s a problem with the theme.
    What am I doing wrong?
