woocommerce manual integration

hello,

i know that woocommerce in not supported in orizon by default but, i followed the instructions on the woocommerce third party theme integration page and woocommerce still nags that i have not declared woocommerce support. i read in a post on here somewhere that support for woocommerce can be added manually . instruction for adding the plugin would be much appreciated.
