1 side match, 32vs32 user

Is possibile to set a tournment as 1 side match for user and not for tema?
the tournament types dont do that.
I woodlike to make a match all vs all, one side , one map of a game.
How can i make that?
as team challenger is not possible, because i challenge just 1 team.
Could you make an option for that? i know is not a torunament, but it will be nice for the users to have something like that.
