A lot of problems with Arcane Theme

Greetings!
1) In my profile on your support forum there is no information that I was buying the ARCANE Theme, but I can download it in my profile on Themeforest.
2) Can you install demo content or give me detailed installation instruction, ASAP, or give me demo content for two plugins – “LayerSlider” (https://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-responsive-wordpress-slider-plugin/1362246) and “Ubermenu” (https://codecanyon.net/item/ubermenu-wordpress-mega-menu-plugin/154703), cause it is doesn’t work correctly, maybe in archive with the xml-file (that will be better).
FYI, both plugins have been bought by me personally, also, plugin for the tournament has been purchased too (arcane_tournament_types.zip) – and it was installed correctly.
Install “1-click installation” does not work correctly. (demo content does not install correctly with LayerSlider and UberMenu plugins, my site – http://games.j-web.pro/)
