Add Page Template Broken

Hi there,

When I click add template, it allows me to select the template. However, when I click insert template nothing happens. Could you please help me?

Also, when I select 2.5 for the overall rating for the taqyeem review options it doesn’t show up in the review box.

And I cannot seem to remove the user rating for the review I did (I wanted to test if the user review thing worked – it did).
