added the unwanted links on website home page

Hi,
Suddenly on my website ,so many unwanted links are added on homepage top of the slider ,why it is happening and i searched those links on code but i didn’t get it.So just empty the header and again add the same code links are disapperead.
May i know what is the reason?
is my site hacked?

Please solve this issue because it is croud funding website it’s related to payments,if it’s happens again we can’t proceed it.
