bbPress Header Showing Last Category Name

Hello,

I have noticed on our website that whatever the last category is in each forums page, that is what is shown on the header in the Oblivion theme.  You can see it in a few areas at http://nova.liquidweb.com/~imaginer/forums/ (which I’ve added a new Test category and got the same results) and http://nova.liquidweb.com/~imaginer/forums/forum/modding/.

I noticed this problem did not exist in the ThemeForest live preview.  Every category page seems to be locked to a specific header which would be fine in this case.  Are we simply missing some option to define the header used in that page?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
