BBPress Issues with Avatars

Hey guys/gals..

I tried a search but did not see a solution. I have Avatars on my site and so far everything seems to be working except in the forums. They are overlapping the user names. Can you guys help me with this at all? Check it out here… Forums

Even if I make the Avatar as small as 40×40 it does shrink it down and then overlaps the user name. My guess is some sort of spacing issues? Please help if you can.
